Among the more than 160 board appointments Gov. Ron DeSantis pulled back Friday, one name jumped out to those follow water policy — and the Twitter account of a prominent newspaper columnist. John Miklos, chair of the St. Johns River Water Management District, has been a presence on the board for nearly a decade.
